"Rachel was referred to me by a friend of my wife in November of 2020, right after my Mom passed away. As Personal Representative of my Mom's estate, I needed to get her house sold right away. I contacted Rachel and she explained in great detail her experience in the local market and in dealing with estates specifically. I explained that I had to move my brother out of the house before I could sell it, which, of course, she understood. As weeks turned into months, Rachel kept checking in with me and not only sent me valuable information on the market but also offered to help try and locate housing for my brother.
