MARKET APPRECIATION RATES 7-2017

Have you wondered how much houses are appreciating in value? How long it takes to sell? The handy chart will give you a quick view at the very latest real estate stats and time frames based on the past 12 months. This is a good frame of reference for different locations in our Portland-Metro areas. The above chart will show you

1.  the current time it takes, on average, to sell a home, or “Days on the market” (DOM).

2. the average sales price of all homes in a particular location

3. The average appreciation (increase in value) for homes in each area.

Take a look at Mt. Hood’s appreciation (increase in value) at a WHOPPING 23% appreciation in just the past 12 months. Each neighborhood is different and each house is unique.
