Notice the days on the market. that is good time too. The ‘days on the market’ (DOM) shows how many days it takes for a home to be on the market and get an offer. In many instances it takes less time that the DOM average on this chart shows. It all depends on the house and if its over priced or not. Yes! you can still overprice a home in this market.
