“When we decided to find a new home that we could retire to and “age in place”, we contacted Rachel Sheller. At first we were only mulling over when and what we were thinking. This took us a couple of years at least before we were ready to actually make the move, but Rachel was patient.
We developed a pretty long list of what we were looking for in a new home, and decided that we would find the new home, get it ready, move, prepare the old place for resale, and then put it on the market in that order.
